Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Client Services Analyst III to manage a book of trust clients and deliver high-quality reporting on Collateral Loan Obligations and Leverage Finance Facilities. You will handle daily operations with minimal supervision and coordinate with teams to ensure timely payments and accurate reports.

The role requires 5+ years in banking/trust services, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in banking or trust services.
• Experience interpreting indentures and reporting requirements is a plus.
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments.
• Perform quality control reviews for timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals.
• Interact with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
• Lead client proposals and new client engagements.
• Read and interpret trust indentures for reporting requirements.
