Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation's Western Alliance Bank seeks a Client Services Analyst III to manage a book of trust clients, focusing on CLOs and Leverage Finance Facilities. You'll deliver outstanding service, handle day-to-day operations, and manage deals with minimal supervision.

You'll create report specifications from indenture language, set up payments, and coordinate with asset managers, investors, and auditors while ensuring timely, accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Knowledge of banking operations, deposits, loans, treasury management and commercial banking products.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards.
• TranStar experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
• Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals (trade testing).
• Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
• Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery to a book of Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust business.
• Participate in new client proposals. Lead business-related projects.
• Make tax elections, file for EIN's, and track residual holder transfers. Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
