Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Client Services Analyst III in Houston to manage a book of corporate trust clients, ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery. You will interpret indenture language, set up payments, and coordinate with operations to maintain high service standards for CLOs and leveraged facilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of related banking experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in banking/ corporate trust or similar field.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Experience with TranStar is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure correct payments are made.
• Perform quality control reviews of reports and tests.
• Interact with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies.
• Lead client proposals and projects; participate in new client onboarding.
• Read trust indentures for reporting requirements and file tax elections.
