You will handle indenture interpretations, payment calculations, and collateral data workflows, working with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Knowledge of general banking operations, regulatory obligations, and compliance.
• TranStar experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments.
• Perform quality control review of reports for timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals.
• Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
• Lead client proposals and participate in new client onboarding.
• Read and interpret trust indentures for reporting requirements.
• Manage a book of Loan Clients in Corporate Trust.
