Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, construction, manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
• No prior experience is required. BFS is willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses per specs and production needs.
• Position and secure lumber and truss components with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to exact specifications.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and identify defects.
• Operate equipment used in fastening and assembly processes.
• Move across stations as production requires.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
