Job summary

Associated Truss & Lumber Co. is hiring Roof & Floor Truss Builders to join our growing manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves constructing engineered wooden trusses used in residential and commercial projects, with on-the-job training provided.

The position offers a full-time schedule with two shifts, Monday–Friday and Saturday as needed. Join a family-owned company with a strong production focus and opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must pass drug screen and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses using pre-cut lumber.
• Position and secure lumber components and metal plates.
• Use hand tools such as hammer and tape measure.
• Operate production equipment as trained.
• Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy.
• Stage finished trusses for shipping.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
