You'll use a variety of tools, stand for long periods, lift up to 100 pounds, and rely on teamwork to meet tight production schedules. We value reliability, safety, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks at a fast pace.
• Capable of working in a team.
• General carpentry skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building wooden trusses according to design and plan.
• Follow startup and quality-check procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Operate and maintain basic framing tools and equipment.
• Work safely to lift and move materials up to 100 pounds.
