Ideal candidates may have carpentry, construction, or manufacturing experience, but we also train motivated applicants with a willingness to learn and grow. PPE is provided, and a strong emphasis on safety exists.

Qualifications

• Carpentry, construction, manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking experience preferred.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment is helpful.
• No prior experience required; training available for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications and production requirements.
• Position and secure lumber and truss components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and equipment.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to exact specifications.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and identify defects.
• Operate equipment used in fastening and assembly processes.
• Work at various stations throughout production and maintain a safe, clean environment.
