Drexel Building Supply in Wrightstown, Wisconsin, is seeking a Truss Assembler for the 3rd shift (10p–6a). You will operate automated truss-building machinery, read blueprints, and assemble roof and floor trusses for contractors and homeowners with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 lbs, following Line Leaders' instructions, and performing quality checks on robotic assembly. Join a team-driven, employee-owned company that values craftsmanship and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools to assemble structural components.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and digital schematics.
• Basic math skills for measurements and tolerances.
• Strong teamwork and communication to follow line leaders and coordinate with the crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated truss-building machinery according to blueprints.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb 2.5–3 ft repeatedly.
• Place metal reinforcement plates and hammer parts at joints.
• Perform quality checks on robotic assembly before moving trusses to the stacker.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow instructions from Line Leaders.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
