Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read building plans and schematics.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with automated machinery or robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated truss-building machinery according to blueprint specs.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb during shifts.
• Place metal reinforcement plates at joints.
• Hammer parts together to secure joints.
• Perform quality checks and verify dimensions before stacking.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist as needed.
