Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools, and ideally, experience with automated machinery or robotic systems.
• Experience with reading building plans and digital schematics.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated truss-building machinery per blueprint specs.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb heights of 2.5–3 ft repeatedly.
• Place metal reinforcement plates over joints.
• Swing a hammer to connect parts at joints.
• Perform quality checks and verify dimensions before stacking.
• Maintain a safe, neat work area at all times.
• Follow Line Leaders' Instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
