Drexel Building Supply, Inc. is seeking an assembler in Wisconsin to build roof and floor trusses for contractors and homeowners. This position operates automated machinery and offers a unique 2nd shift schedule from 1 PM to 11 PM, allowing for a three-day weekend.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated machinery or robotic systems preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions from Line Leaders.
• Must maintain a safe and neat work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated truss-building machinery.
• Perform quality checks on robotic assembly.
• Place metal reinforcement plates over joints.

Skills

Experience with hand and power tools

Basic mathematical skills

Experience with automated machinery

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience reading building plans
