Job summary

Pegasus Logistics Group seeks a logistics coordinator to monitor and expedite the flow of goods, information, and resources required by the supply chain to ensure critical processes run smoothly and meet KPIs. You will coordinate with procurement, production, inventory control, and distribution to optimize operations and resolve bottlenecks.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma, strong English proficiency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No experience necessary.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.

Job Profile Summary

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
  • Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions.
  • Works with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.
  • Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
  • Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality Management System.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No experience necessary
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English, including the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English, is required for this position

Physical Requirements
