CHEP is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to oversee order fulfillment, monitor delivery performance, and manage fleets in a hybrid work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or 1-2+ years in logistics, plus hands-on experience with SAP, BW, Siebel, and Lean methods, and strong Excel skills. This role offers competitive pay and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee order processing to ensure on-time deliveries and monitor logistics performance.
• Manage dedicated fleets and routes, ensuring schedules are met and disruptions minimized.
• Serve as a key contact for customers, addressing queries and resolving logistics issues in real time.
• Support central teams in resolving incidents to minimize service impact.
• Track KPIs on on-time deliveries, transport quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales and supply chain to align logistics with business goals.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Oversee the execution of order processing to ensure on-time deliveries to customers and monitor logistics performance.

• Support central teams in managing and resolving logistics-related incidents, ensuring minimal impact on service levels.
• Track performance metrics related to on-time deliveries, transport quality, and customer satisfaction. Proactively address any variances.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, optimize costs, and enhance service delivery through collaboration with internal teams and third-party providers.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of logistics activities with broader business goals.

TheLogistics Coordinator (LC)isresponsiblefororderfulfilment, inventory balancing, and order execution of Entry Level Markets which are defined as Planning Clusters of an average volume of 550 orders per week with an average annual spend of $MM. The LC will proactively manage customer collections and deliveries to ensure customer expectations are exceededwhile alsoactivelymanagingall relocations and other moves related to the operation and service of the network.

What You Will Do:

• Executeon-timeto an area volume ~550 truckloads per week
• Deliverto average cost per unit budget for market
• Tender all optimized and manually planned issues, collections, and stock transfers within responsible area.
• Efficientlytracking ofall CHEP arranged freight due for delivery daily to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
• Manages transporter base to ensure consistent customer service and on time delivery by working cross functionally and with provider.
• Resolves all loads in Booked Not Shipped (BNS), Booked Not Received & (BNR), In-transit Relocations statuses daily
• Maintainsaccurateelectronic documentation revolving around responsibleareawith systematic tools not limited to (SAP, Siebel, Outlook, LEAN, Logistics cockpit, etc.)
• Provide Holiday coverage per Logistics rotation schedule
• Plan all STOs (TPMs), Issues, and Collections within required lead time that fall outside of Master Planning

What You Will Bring:
