Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking a Specialist, Truckload Ops, to maintain service levels for EFW truckload shipments and deliver timely, accurate status updates to customers in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, updating notes, handling routine transportation and billing support, and monitoring multiple communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years industry experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships to accomplish goals and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain stable performance.
• Follow prescribed procedures to solve routine problems.

Responsibilities

• Track, trace, and monitor truckload shipments and update status with complete notes.
• Update customers with current and accurate shipment updates.
• Handle clerical processes supporting transportation, billing, and collections.
• Monitor email, web, chats, and voicemails for service updates.
• Maintain data for customers, markets, products, and processes.
• Assist coordinators, supervisors, and managers with business needs.
• Communicate issues that jeopardize shipments to the coordinator or supervisor.
• Support operations, sales efforts, contracts, and billing.
