Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is a leading domestic and international freight forwarder with a strong Tacoma presence. The Coordinator, Warehousing Client Services communicates with customers and carriers to coordinate deliveries and shipments, while supporting warehouse operations and data entry in the WMS.

The role emphasizes solutions-based client interactions, collaboration with operations teams, and ongoing process improvement to meet client expectations and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of Transportation or Warehousing experience preferred.
• Combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with customers and carriers.
• Interface with warehouse team to ensure timely processing of orders/receipts.
• Process transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to complete receipts, shipments, and transfers.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Provide proactive customer service and respond to client inquiries quickly.
