Job summary

Saia Logistics in Johns Creek, GA seeks a results-driven sales leader to drive Truckload and Expedite solutions. You will partner with internal teams to identify customer needs, craft compelling value propositions, and close opportunities that expand market share.

You will guide strategic growth, develop pricing strategies, and mentor a sales organization to achieve revenue targets while delivering exceptional service and capacity solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred for candidate.
• 5+ years of relevant transportation, logistics, sales, or business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Truckload and Expedite markets, pricing, procurement, and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close Truckload and Expedite opportunities with Saia's sales team.
• Develop growth strategies focused on target customers, industries, and markets.
• Act as subject matter expert for Truckload and Expedite within cross-functional teams.
• Support discovery calls, solution presentations, and pricing discussions.
• Monitor pipeline activity and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
