Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dynamic Trucking Insurance Producer to join a boutique agency. You will build relationships with trucking and fleet clients, focusing on mid to large accounts, and tailor coverage including Auto Liability, Cargo, and Umbrella.

This role offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or in-office options and a base salary plus commission. You will use Salesforce to manage clients and collaborate with sales and underwriting to close deals.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license required.
Minimum 3 years proven success in trucking/transportation insurance.
Experience with mid-to-large fleets (20–25 trucks) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with trucking and fleet clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in trucking insurance.
Provide expert advice on Auto Liability, Cargo, Physical Damage, Umbrella and related lines.
Collaborate with sales and underwriting to tailor solutions.
Stay informed on FMCSA rules and industry regulations.
Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and close deals.
Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships and sales activities.
