Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Client Executive with trucking/transportation insurance expertise to manage a diverse book and contribute to growth. This role emphasizes exceptional client service and collaborative, remote-friendly work culture.

Responsibilities include renewals management, cross-selling, and outbound production using EPIC for account management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 3–5 years of trucking/transportation insurance experience in an agency.
• Proficient with EPIC software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with approximately $5.5M in premium and 550–600 policies, focused on trucking/transportation.
• Handle new and renewal business with an 80/20 split favoring renewals.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain high retention rates.
• Cross-sell and engage in outbound production to grow the agency’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
