Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dynamic Trucking Insurance Producer to grow relations with trucking and fleet clients and close new business. The role targets accounts with substantial annual premiums and requires in-depth knowledge of auto liability, cargo, physical damage, and umbrella coverage.

Flexible work arrangements—remote, hybrid, or in-office—are available for the right candidate. Ideal candidates will possess a valid P&C license and 3+ years of trucking/transportation insurance experience,

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3+ years producing trucking/transportation insurance.
Experience working with medium to large fleets (20–25 trucks).
Strong knowledge of AL, APD, MTC, Cargo, GL, Umbrella and related lines.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with trucking and fleet clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in trucking insurance.
Provide expert advice on Auto Liability, Cargo, Physical Damage and related lines.
Collaborate with sales and underwriting to tailor insurance solutions.
Stay informed on FMCSA rules and trucking regulations.
Conduct client visits with fleet owners and safety managers to close deals.
Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships and activities.
