Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations, including freight processing, replenishment, and omni channel fulfillment. You will greet customers, assist with products, and ensure protection standards while contributing to team goals.

This role emphasizes flexibility across shifts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment. Training and onboarding are provided by store leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and inventory procedures.
