Job summary

Kohl's is hiring to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth store operations in a dynamic retail setting in the United States. You will handle freight, replenishment, and omni channel fulfillment while engaging customers and maintaining product protection standards.

As part of all associate roles, you’ll work with integrity, support sales and service departments, and participate in training for new hires, with flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments and perform stockroom duties and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Adhere to product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and procedures.
