Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a storefront associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations. You will process freight, handle replenishment, and assist with omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers on products and services.

You'll also contribute to training new hires and uphold Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures, and safety guidelines. This role emphasizes teamwork and flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership.
