Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an enthusiastic store associate dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and efficient store operations. The role includes receiving shipments, stocking the floor, and assisting customers with products and services.

You will help ensure accurate inventory, support omni-channel fulfillment, and participate in ongoing training to uphold Kohl’s brand standards. Flexible availability and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and executing stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
