Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations. You will process freight, replenish shelves, and support omni-channel fulfillment to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product questions, maintaining brand standards, and helping onboard new hires. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product including unloading shipments and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Maintain product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and procedures.
