Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Scarborough, ME is seeking a Part-time Outfitter to unload goods and prepare replenishment items for overnight stocking. You will organize the receiving area, pull inventory accurately, and stage merchandise by department with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, labeling staged items, and collaborating with the overnight task team. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Sort mixed freight by department to speed up handling and streamline stocking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through systemic replenishment.
• Pull accurate systemic replenishment merchandise and stage for overnight task team to stock.
• Ensure all staged carts, pallets, and racks are stable and clearly labeled.
