Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Truck Unload and Replenishment Prep Outfitter to manage the receiving dock and staging inventory with precision. You will unload freight, pull replenishment items, and stage merchandise by department to support the overnight task team.

Requires attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and a commitment to safety. Starting pay is $17.00–$19.75 per hour, with benefits typical for part-time roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Sort mixed freight by department to speed up handling and stocking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through systemic replenishment.
• Pull accurate systemic replenishment merchandise and stage for overnight task team.
• Ensure all staged carts, pallets, and racks are stable and clearly labeled.
• Keep Receiving area clean, neat and safe.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures.
