Southwind, owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Experience Lead in Westlake Village, CA. The role focuses on on-site sales, delivering WOW customer experiences, and leading pricing conversations to close deals.

You will remove junk from sites, operate box trucks with training, and uphold the brand with integrity. We offer a dynamic, hands-on role with opportunities for advancement and a competitive compensation package including tips, profit sharing, and base pay.

Junk Removal and Customer Service 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Location: Westlake Village, CA
Pay: $27–$30+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $18.50/hr base )

Pay Range:

$30/hr - $34/hr+ (Average Total Compensation)

• $18.50/hr Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime

Schedule:

Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week

• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
