Southwind is hiring for a Field Sales & Service Team position at the Westlake Village, CA location. Earn $27–$30+ per hour with base $18.50/hr plus profit share and tips. This role offers full-time employment with on-site, active sales work and customer-focused service.

This is a unique opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. Our customers already called us because they need help solving a problem. Your job is to build trust, create a great experience, confidently price the job, and close the sale on-site.

You will learn how to communicate with customers, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and deliver excellent service, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team.

No cold calling. No sitting behind a desk all day. No chasing leads.

What You’ll Do:

Schedule:

• 4–5 shifts per week
• 8–10 hour shifts

• Typical start times are 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
