Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Pennsylvania is seeking a Site General Manager to oversee daily operations, profitability, and overall success of a truck stop facility. Lead staff, ensure outstanding customer service, maintain inventory, optimize fuel and retail sales, and ensure safety standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires multitasking, strategic thinking, and strong budget/P&L oversight to drive revenue growth through promotions and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or travel stop management.
• 3+ years managing operations with annual sales volume in the millions.
• 3+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of fuel sales, retail, convenience store, restaurant, and on-site services.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, promotions, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees across roles (cashiers, maintenance, restaurant staff).
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for fuel, food service, and employment.
• Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility at all times.
