Job Opportunity: Service Supervisor at Cleveland Brothers

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, is seeking a Service Supervisor to join our team of established professionals.

Position Overview: Under management directives, this role supervises Shop Service personnel and clerical staff to ensure efficient execution of job assignments with high quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage highway truck and truck body shop service teams, fostering positive management relations.
2. Coordinate truck body installations, new deliveries, and loose ship orders with the sales department and customers.
3. Maintain and grow sales with existing and new customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction by prompt problem resolution.
4. Oversee service expenses, profitability, and KPI results.
5. Manage work-in-process (WIP) by ensuring timely closure of work orders.
6. Conduct safety meetings, enforce safety policies, and investigate safety concerns or incidents.
7. Coordinate outside vendor repairs with ongoing shop work.
8. Ensure warranty requirements are met and enforce company policies and procedures.
9. Perform performance evaluations, assign maintenance duties, and operate basic office equipment.
10. Handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of over-the-road trucks and dump truck bodies.
• Understanding of company policies and workforce management.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and learn new systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical interpretation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Class 7 Inspection license and Class A or B CDL required.
