Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a diesel mechanic to service and maintain diesel/gas engines, transmissions, drive trains, tires and brake systems at our Albany, KY facility. You will keep DOT records and coordinate with the shop supervisor to prepare cost statements and ensure shop supplies are stocked.

Requirements include a current CDL preferred and at least one year diesel mechanic experience or completion of a diesel mechanic training program. Valid CDL for moving equipment is required.

Qualifications

• One year diesel mechanic experience or graduate of a diesel mechanic training program.
• Current CDL preferred.
• Experience must be documented on application or resume.
• Valid CDL for moving equipment from the plant to the shop and for troubleshooting equipment.

WEDNESDAY-SATURDAY 4:00pm-4:00am

Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)

Requirements

Current CDL preferred. Prefer one year diesel mechanic experience or be a graduate of a diesel mechanic training program. Experience must be documented on application or resume. (Experience can be a combination of employers as long as the experience is at least one year)

Valid CDL for moving equipment from the plant to the shop and for troubleshooting equipment.
