Responsabilidades

• Write, detail and process Work orders and OTC transactions; secure purchase orders and communicate quotes to customers.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and shift drop; handle various payment types and documentation.
• Explain vehicle issues to customers and advise on needed repairs to return them to the road safely.
• Maintain customer service standards while interacting with drivers and companies by phone.
