LV Petroleum is seeking a Truck Service Adviser for a second shift (3pm-11pm) with training on the first shift. You will handle work orders, OTC sales, and customer interactions to keep drivers on the road safely. Expect to manage payments, quotes, and shift reports while delivering top-tier service.

Strong communication and basic computer proficiency are required; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed. This position offers growth opportunities and a weekly pay cycle.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work night shift, weekends and some holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Write up and process work orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA work orders.
• Explain vehicle issues to customers and communicate needed repairs to return them to the road safely.
• Take payments over the phone or in person and secure purchase orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell services and products when appropriate.
