Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. We have an opening for a Service Advisor at the Odessa branch. You will greet customers, coordinate repair requests, and help schedule work to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role requires strong customer relations, solid communication, and a proactive attitude. CDL is preferred; 4+ years in related field and experience with warranty documentation are beneficial.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred and relevant driving credentials.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a related field.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Good leadership abilities and teamwork.
• Positive can-do attitude and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates customer repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen for task assignment; coordinates with Foremen for proper work scheduling.
• Ensures customers receive the most expedient service through inquiry into repair requests.
• Works with Service Manager to ensure timely action and resolution in disputes and warranty.
• Maintains documentation for sale of labor (customer, internal, warranty) and executes it properly.
• Inputs repair order information to data processing system and closes repair orders.
• Maintains shop tools and supplies and monitors status.
• Informs the Service Manager of customer complaints for early resolution.
• Advises customers on needed service and suggests additional labor, parts, and body shop work when appropriate.
• Participates in training to stay current on technical and warranty issues.
• Assists in maintaining a clean shop and office area.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
