Allstate Peterbilt Group in West Salem, WI is seeking a Service Advisor to act as a liaison between customers and technicians, scheduling repairs and preparing repair orders to keep trucks on the road.

You will monitor job progress, handle billing, order shop supplies, and assist with warranty inquiries. Strong Windows/Word skills and a valid driver's license are required; CDL preferred. This role offers growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year or more of related truck experience.
• Windows and Word computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred.
• Dependable and reliable attendance required.

Responsabilités

• Schedule repairs and assign work to technicians.
• Prepare repair orders and billable documentation.
• Enter work orders into the computer system and order shop supplies.
• Monitor job progress and communicate with customers.
• Assist with warranty inquiries as needed.
