Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute sales programs to maximize fleet utilization and revenue.
• Prospect and acquire new rental customers through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and local networking.
• Manage existing customer accounts to maintain relationships and identify needs.
• Prepare rental agreements, quotes, and coordinate with operations for vehicle availability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings for new opportunities.
• Deliver weekly performance updates and logs of customer interactions.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-rental inspections documenting conditions and damages.
• Support fleet readiness with daily yard checks and clean, presentable units.
• Document any damage, maintenance needs, or repairs.
• Schedule repairs with the service manager and ensure DOT compliance.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
