Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of clerical/admin experience or related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental unit/ customer files with daily updates.
• Make reservations and process paperwork to check rental trucks in/out, including damage inspections.
• Maintain rental customer files with up-to-date credit and insurance documents.
• Maintain lease customer mileage reports and collect end-of-month readings.
• Prepare and print proposals for GM/Sales department.
