Job summary

Rush Truck Leasing is seeking a Rental Coordinator to maintain accurate rental and leasing customer information and support operations across our North American network.

In this role you will manage rental files, process reservations, perform thorough damage inspections, and keep credit and insurance records current while assisting the GM/Sales teams with proposals. This position offers growth within a leading transportation solutions provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years' clerical/admin experience or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RTL rental unit files daily with detail orientation.
• Make reservations and process paperwork to check rental trucks in and out, including thorough physical damage inspection.
• Maintain rental customer list with up-to-date credit files and insurance certificates.
• Maintain lease customer mileage reports, obtain end of month mileage readings.
• Prepare and print proposals for GM/Sales dept.
