Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in truck/commercial vehicle or commercial body/equipment application/industry.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent computer skills, and sharp analytical and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary technical liaison for sales teams, dealers, and body builders regarding product and application engineering issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for product-related questions from body builders and our dealer network through phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Coordinating body builder book updates with our parent company to ensure accurate technical documentation for all stakeholders.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
• Leading on-site visits with body builders to evaluate build processes and provide technical guidance.
• Representing Hino at industry technical forums and supporting co-op/government initiatives.
• Performing feasibility studies and cost/price analyses for new product features and technical proposals.
