Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Programs to lead a team supporting vehicle program sourcing and execution. You will drive cost performance, launch readiness, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, MP&L, Planning, and Purchasing teams.

You will mentor and develop team members, push for continuous improvement, and build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure successful program delivery for Ford's future products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Commodity Management, Program Management, or related function in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience leading projects or cross-functional teams delivering business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Program Buyers supporting vehicle program sourcing activities.
• Drive sourcing execution to meet program timing, cost, quality, and launch readiness.
• Monitor program deliverables and escalate/resolve issues impacting performance.
• Support cost delivery through collaboration with commodity teams and suppliers.
• Lead program reviews and provide updates on status, risks, opportunities, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (USMCA, EU7) and cross-functional coordination.
