Job summary

Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive New Product Development and production launches in Houston with some travel to the Marengo campus. You will lead cross-functional teams through design, manufacturing, and release stages, while managing scope, schedules, and risks.

The role requires 7–10 years in PM/Engineering or PM in product development, strong communication, and MS Office skills. Hybrid work in Houston with limited travel supports business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience in project management, engineering, or product management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and building relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development and production launch processes across multiple programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through design, manufacturing, validation, and release stages.
• Manage project schedules, risk, and budget to minimize financial exposure.
• Maintain project documents and master schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production to meet sales orders and budgets.
