Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on company equipment, including heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and develop solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and equipment manufacturers; negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain equipment-related reports and communicate information to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
