Job summary

Vanguard Truck Centers LLC is seeking an experienced outside sales professional in Charlotte, NC to drive full-service lease and commercial rental sales. You will conduct face-to-face visits, gather data for CRM, and present proposals to decision makers.

The role requires strong communication, pricing/quoting skills, and the ability to close deals while delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• Requires strong sales experience in truck rental/leasing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to price, quote and sell complex equipment packages.

Responsibilities

• Prospect data gathering from various sources and CRM updates.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face visits with prospects and customers.
• Prepare and present Full Service Lease proposals and Commercial Rental agreements.
• Maintain follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understanding of features and paperwork.
• Collaborate with Leasing Manager on forecasts and sales plans.
