SpartanNash Fargo seeks a Truck Fleet Dispatcher to manage driver schedules and routes, coordinating with customers and warehouse teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with dispatch software and DOT regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics/transportation, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of logistics/transportation experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with associates at all levels and external customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation systems; Cadec experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch driver schedules/routes for load pick-up and deliveries; coordinate with customers and warehouse operations.
• Maintain and update dispatch/communication logs and software.
• Ensure drivers understand requirements for scheduled delivery/pick-up and documentation procedures.
• Review and process driver delivery paperwork and ensure compliance with safety policies.
