Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver I in Jackson, WY. The role combines warehouse duties with a driving component, including loading/unloading, inventory, and local deliveries. No CDL required, driving up to 50% of the time.

A valid license and forklift certification are preferred, with emphasis on safety and accuracy. The successful candidate will support safety-focused operations, handle shipments, maintain equipment, and work with a team to meet branch objectives.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• High school or GED preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass pre-employment and MVR review
• Must obtain medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• No recent at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• Certification to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive materials and verify against packing lists.
• Stock and arrange incoming materials; report damages.
• Prepare and ship branch orders; ensure correct items and quantities.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as needed.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles; perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Deliver to customers and company locations as required (up to 50% of time).
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Follow DOT and local driving laws and safety procedures.
