Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver I to support reliable order fulfillment and delivery within a fast-paced branch environment. The role blends warehouse tasks with driving responsibilities, requiring attention to safety and accuracy.

You will receive material, stock shelves, prepare shipments, operate equipment, and contribute to efficient delivery routes while complying with DOT and company policies.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Forklift and pallet jack certification preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review
• Must obtain medical certificate as required by law within 30 days
• Must not have had a suspended license in past 3 years
• High School or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per SOPs
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required
• Load and unload vehicles and prepare shipments with proper documentation
• Inspect and maintain equipment and vehicles; conduct daily vehicle inspections
• Maintain safe work environment and follow DOT driving laws
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Assist in training entry level Truck Drivers and provide mentorship
• Support counter sales and customer service as needed
