Job summary

Rexel USA, Salt Lake City, seeks a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver I to handle order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and shipping while operating a delivery van or box truck up to 50% of the time. No CDL required. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inventory, vehicle maintenance, and compliant delivery procedures. Candidates should be at least 21, have a valid driver's license, and be open to continuous training.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Report review
• Must obtain medical certificate per law within 30 days of hire
• No suspended license in past 3 years
• High School or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material following safety and accuracy standards
• Load and unload vehicles and prepare orders for delivery
• Maintain daily vehicle inspections and keep the warehouse area organized
• Assist in inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Follow DOT and local driving laws and maintain documentation for deliveries
• Provide mentorship to entry level drivers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
