Job summary

Rexel USA in Meridian, ID is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver I to efficiently pick, stock, and ship materials while maintaining safety and accuracy. The role includes driving duties up to 50% of time with a delivery vehicle, and no CDL is required.

You will follow SOPs, operate equipment, verify shipments, and support branch operations. No experience is required, but forklift certification and valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment when required.
• Prepare orders for delivery and load vehicles.
• Help with inventory counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Deliver products to customers when needed (delivery vehicle use).
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment.
