Knight Transportation, Inc. is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers in Lakeland, FL. You will mentor trainees, sharing miles and earnings while helping develop the next generation of professional truckers.

The role offers strong pay with top trainers earning about $119,000 annually, plus $2,250 weekly for top performers, and weekly bonuses for student miles. Excellent benefits are included.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
• 6 months of Class A experience within the last year or 1 year of Class A experience within the last 5 years.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests.
• Minimum of 30 days with Knight.
• Must have at least 60,000 miles solo & 1 winter season driving OTR.

We are looking for passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. Pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.

• $119,000 average annual earnings for top performing trainers
• $2,250 average weekly earnings for top performing trainers
• Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student's miles while training
• $200 weekly pay for having a student on the truck on top of milage pay
• Trainers earn a matching bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their first 12 months of employment
